Photographs, especially those taken with a camera and not reduced with an image editing software such as Photoshop, will be of various sizes. To resize a photograph, simply select the image and use the corner anchors to drag and increase or decrease the picture. Remember that resizing photos can be a tricky activity and a lot of presentations lose their appeal with distorted, disproportionate photographs. If you don’t have the confidence to use the corner anchors to resize the picture, use the Picture Tools>Size tool (PowerPoint 2007) or the Resize option in the Task Pane on the right (PowerPoint 2003), entering the dimensions you need.
If you need to better explain the relations within a particular project team or corporate department, why not use 24point0’s editable Organizational Charts? Insert profile photographs to let your audience easily understand the hierarchy or reporting structure.
