Animation can be a great way to heighten the audience’s interest and keep them hooked on the content of a PPT presentation. However, this needs to be done with care – adding too many animation effects to one slide and several transitions between slides can be distracting and result in a clumsy, clunky presentation. Use a different effect only if you need to highlight an important point. The same rule applies to slide transitions as well.
