Keep minimal content on each slide to avoid information overload and snoozes. The audience is already looking at the text on slide. So do not read out what is already written. Provide keywords on the slide, preferably bulleted, and explain the point from your notes in hand (if you are unable to memorize your script). Maintain a logical flow of slides and let there be an organized structure to the overall training. Encourage questions at the end of the training and flit between slides if you have to while clarifying doubts.
Tip 4: Use Illustrations, Images and Graphs in your Training Presentations
