How to do a Screen Capture in PowerPoint

February 19, 2014 By Raj Kharmih Leave a Comment

PowerPoint recording software doesn’t come cheap and we all know it. And then you also have to learn how the software works and not only that, you have to get really good before it produces advertised results. And this is something that we’re all guilty of! Every time we’re looking at new technology, be it gadgets or software, we always tend to assume that it will work by itself. It’s only after the money has been spent that we realize we have no clue about operating it.

No doubt recording PowerPoint has it’s advantages but you don’t always want to use the software. Sometimes, it’s a small exercise and you wish you had the traditional and ridiculously simple screen capture method using the Print Screen button on your keyboard.

So here’s a quick and cost-effective way (for those who don’t need to buy a software yet) of effecting a screen capture. But I must still admit that the tutorial you’re about to see was made using a screen recording software. 😉
