PowerPoint 2010 incorporates a number of video editing tools that are sure to become a favorite with consultants. Previously, users would have had to use external video editing software to edit video clips. With the Trim Video function, this is a thing of the past. To trim the embedded video file, simply select the video, right click and choose Trim Video in the menu. You can then edit the video according to your requirements using the timelines in the dialog box.
You can correct the brightness and contrast of videos using the Video Tools>Corrections>Brightness and Contrast function.
PowerPoint 2010 now gives you the option to dress up embedded videos with Video Effects, Video Shape and Video Border tools in the Video Tools tab.
