Callouts are an effective way to direct an audience’s attention to elements in a graphic. Here’s how you use callouts in PowerPoint.
To insert a callout, go to Home>Shapes> Callouts. Once you’ve chosen the callout and it appears on the slide, you can use its anchor points to resize it. Click in the center of the callout itself to insert the required text. To change the fill color of the callout, select it and choose a color from Home>Drawing>Shape Fill.
Callouts are especially effective to point out elements in graphics such as maps and charts. 24point0 has a wide range of editable maps available as well as charts such as customizable hierarchical charts, synergy maps and business story.
