So you’re thinking of sending your colleagues and superiors an update on company operations. You open Outlook, create a new message and then…stare at the blank screen cringing while you think about the bland data you’ll shortly be typing in. And then you cringe a little more knowing that most of those who hear the ping of new mail coming in will look at the subject line, click on the message and skim the content without really processing it.
Why should you stick with the well trodden (and by now worn out) world of email data blandness? 24point0’s got a whole range of business diagrams to help you put the data and facts of your business in attractive, eye-catching emails which is sure to catch and hold as many eyeballs as possible.
If you need to send out a mailer on the best practices to be followed in the company, then use the Best Practices slide from 24point0’s Website Marketing Scorecard deck. This is available in the PPT format and all elements can be edited to suit your needs. Once you’ve entered the relevant data/text, select the whole diagram and right click to get the menu options. Choose the Save as Picture option to save the diagram as a non-editable image.
To insert the image in your Outlook message, open a New Message window and go to Insert>Picture and browse to choose the relevant image.
You now have a mailer that won’t elicit yawns but rapt attention!
