Making the best use of Shortcut Keys in PowerPoint
Did you know that shortcut keys in PowerPoint can make you work faster and more efficiently while creating presentations? Hold down the Shift key while working your PowerPoint presentation:
- to draw a perfectly straight line, round circle or a perfect square
- and click on the normal view icon to get the Master slide
- and press Enter for a new line with a bullet and without creating a new paragraph
- while resizing an image or object so that the dimensions are never distorted
