PowerPoint Tutorial: How to Create Pencil Sketch Effect in PowerPoint

But hand drawn images take time and are expensive too. Until now! We’re going to show you how you can create a pencil sketch effect for your images on PowerPoint itself!

  1. Draw a box. Right click and go to Format Picture. Under Fill click on Picture or Texture fill. From the Texture dropdown select Newsprint.

  5. Cut the text or hit CTRL+X and paste it using Paste Special by holing CTRL+ALT+V. Choose Picture (PNG) and click OK

  7. Right click on the PNG image and go to Format Picture. Click on Artistic Effects option and from the Artistic Effect dropdown select Pencil Grayscale and click close.
