Dr. Nishi Viswanathan, a Director and our CCO (Chief Content Officer), Nishi is a medical doctor with a Masters in Nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin. Today, Nishi takes care of content strategy at Chillibreeze and keeps all of us on our toes. As we say at Chillibreeze, she is our “real boss” and is on her way to making Chillibreeze the premier location for Content writing in India.

Vilasini Kumar, a Director and our Chief Operating Officer, has a Masters in Math and experience in the area of community communication. She is our business strategy sounding board. Between her and Nishi, they have jumpstarted Chillibreeze. They are constantly improvising and setting up systems to help us grow. A lot of our growth can be attributed to Vilasini’s professional execution and warm leadership personality.

Joanna Budelman, from Lafayette, Louisiana now living in Shillong, India. They are both small towns with friendly people. Did you know she is an artist? She has a bachelor of Fine Arts and experience with consulting in graphic design. Joanna is good at lots of things and can’t be put in a box. She was our first Sales Coordinator and now heads the Chillibreeze Design division in Shillong.

Ralph Budelman, an entrepreneur from Chicago and our Managing Director, started out with a vision that involved leveraging the power of the Internet and the talent for content generation that led to energizing and fulfilling careers for many. Much of what one sees of Chillibreeze today has evolved with time and experience, and mirrors Ralph’s vision.
