A technology consultant is about to conclude his meeting with his clients. Just before walking out the door he takes a photo of the whiteboard that shows a networking diagram.

They have worked all afternoon on this diagram. Within 2 hours the consultant sends 24point0 this photo along with instructions on how to make a presentation including the diagram. 24point0 receives the photo and instructions at 8 AM India time. The team reviews the project and the team leader assigns it to the most capable available person.

Kit has been selected and he works with his team leader to review the project and then goes to work recreating the whiteboard diagram plus developing the other 3 slides. He finishes after lunch and sends the PPT back to the consultant for feedback. The consultant makes changes and modifications and sends the notations so that Kit knows exactly what to do. Kit is familiar with this iterative process because some other consultants he has done work for also evolve their presentations in this way. Kit makes the adjustments to the diagram and makes other minor changes and sends it to his team leader for a final quality check. It is approved so Kit sends it back to the technology consultant before his meeting.

Everyone in the meeting is amazed at how the consultant was able to create such a high quality presentation so quickly.
