It is 2PM Tuesday afternoon in Seattle and a software marketing consultant is just finishing her meeting with executives of a software company.
She sets the next meeting for Wednesday at 10AM. After lunch she prepares a 20 slide presentation for the this meeting by drafting each slide with text.
The deck now contains slides each having a title, some text and some instructions in the notes section.
