About the organization: As a charter school, CCSP is an independent public school governed by a 7-member Board of Trustees consisting of parents, community members, and representatives of New Jersey Community Development Corporation.

This client – a Ph.D. student who also doubled as a full time teacher required a PowerPoint presentation based on a thesis she was presenting to an important and sizeable audience. Saskia – who was referred to us by one of our satisfied customers decided to outsource her PPT formating to India. Aware of the time difference between the United States and India, she filled up the enquiry form on our website hoping that someone would get in touch with her before the project deadline.

However it was early part of the morning so fearing for her deadline Saskia outsourced her presentation to another company who it turned out merely did a copy and paste job much to Saskia’s indignation. We were not aware of these developments when we called Saskia over the phone to discuss her project. It was a good decision to call her instead of relying on the standard email response because we got a sense of the urgency of her project. It turned out, she was extremely unhappy with the work of the vendor she first outsourced to and wanted assurance that we would do a much better job and not just copy and paste.

Due to her looming deadline the turnaround period was approximately 8 hours – but our PPT team went to work and was able to meet her deadline. The end result was a very happy and satisfied Saskia! – As is clear from her testimony below:
