About the company: Gomez, the Web performance division of Compuware, provides the industry’s leading platform of Web application experience management solutions used by organizations to optimize the performance, availability, and quality of their Web and mobile applications and proactively identify business-impacting issues.

In January this year our PPT team probably faced their most ambitious and challenging project in the 5 years we’ve been in operation. Gomez, a division of Compuware, asked our team to take on a project that required completion in 10 days. Now, ordinarily that is no cause for concern – however this particular assignment involved a mammoth 2,257 PowerPoint slides! Gomez decided to outsource this huge project to 24PointO, the PPT formatting division of Chillibreeze Solutions Pvt. Ltd in India.

Instead of losing valuable time thinking about the project, the team immediately rallied around to work in tandem as one cohesive unit. To compound the urgency of this task was the fact that our team also had to complete regular assignments from our daily clients. They did not lose sight of the goal that every client’s work was a priority – therefore deadlines had to be met.

The slides varied in complexity and as such, not only were we in a race against time – the team also had to ensure not to compromise on quality as well. First impressions are sometimes the last impression – since we had never worked for Gomez before. The project involved 7 people working on this project as well as our regular client work. This combined team effort ensured the final consignment of files were delivered a full two days ahead of the deadline – in 8 hectic days!
The success of this project showed that we are successful when we get together and work with one mind and one goal – we achieved the impossible!
